Nexonia can be integrated with Bill.com, so that your reimbursable and non-reimbursable expense reports will export to create bills. This integration relies on having valid Bill.com login credentials set in the integration parameters. If your Bill.com credentials have changed or you find Bill.com is not syncing correctly, you'll need to update your Bill.com credentials.
To update the credentials:
Navigate to Integration* > Integration Setup > Data Integration. You'll see your Bill.com export in this Data integration section.
*This tab is typically relabelled with the name of your accounting platform or ERP.
Click the Edit link next to your Bill.com export.
You should now see a window opened called Data Integration. Navigate to the Parameters > Setup tab.
Under Setup, enter the following:
- Company Name - this will be your Bill.com company name that you want to integrate with. Ensure this is written identically to Company Name as it appears on Bill.com.
- User ID/Email - your Bill.com login name.
- Password - your Bill.com password.
Once you've filled in those three values, click the Synchronize button. This will establish the integration between Nexonia and Bill.com. If there's an error, it'll the synchronization will stop and you can click on the Synchronization Failure tab to see what the error message is.
Click the OK button to save the updated credentials.
