Nexonia allows Administrators* to bulk create expense reports. This feature is especially useful if you want to create an expense report for several users simultaneously (e.g. in just a few clicks you can create weekly or monthly expense reports for all of your Nexonia users).
How to Enable the "Bulk Create" Feature:
To bulk create expense reports, this feature must first be enabled in your account Settings.
Log in to Nexonia on the web as an Administrator and follow these steps:
Settings > Company > Features > Edit > Scroll down to "Expense Reports" > Check "Bulk Create" > Apply.
The Bulk Create setting is now enabled on your Nexonia account!
How to Bulk Create Expense Reports:
Once enabled, Administrators can bulk create expenses by following these steps:
Expenses > Add Report > Enter a Title > Check "Bulk Create" > Select which users you'd like to create the report for > Save.
* Note: Only Administrators have permission to bulk create expense reports; this feature is unavailable to Users.
