The connection from Nexonia to your QuickBooks Online account needs to be re-authenticated. This is periodically required by QuickBooks Online. You may see an "Authentication Exception" error message in the Configuration Sync logs.
To re-authenticate, follow these steps:
1. Log in to Nexonia and go to: QuickBooks* > Integration Setup > Edit Parameters >
click the "Disconnect" button at the bottom of the window. This will re-load the page.
2. Return to QuickBooks* > Integration Setup > Edit Parameters > Application: choose "Nexonia Expenses" or "Nexonia Timesheets" depending on which product you use (if you use both, choose either one) > click "Connect to QuickBooks" button.
3. You will be redirected to QuickBooks Online authentication. Follow the prompts, entering your QuickBooks Online credentials. At completion, you will be redirected back to Nexonia.
