To integrate your QuickBooks Desktop with your organization's Nexonia environment, you will need an e-connect. One of the most popular e-connects for the integration process is the QuickBooks Web Connector.
The QuickBooks Web Connector enables the import of data, including standard dimensions, from QuickBooks into Nexonia, as well as the export of fully approved Expenses and Timesheets from Nexonia into QuickBooks.
Note: Each Nexonia environment can be linked to a single QuickBooks Company file.
To download and install the QuickBooks Web Connector, click on this Web Connector link. If a dialog box appears with the option to Run or Save, click Run and follow the prompts to install.
The QuickBooks Web Connector should be installed on all computers that need to share information between Nexonia and QBD.
