Mobile PIN Lock
Nexonia Expenses and Timesheets allow users to unlock their app using a PIN.
Nexonia Administrators can set the Mobile PIN Lock feature to Always or When acting for other users. By default, this feature will be set to When acting for other users.
Log in to your Nexonia account on the web as an Administrator. Navigate to Settings >> Features >> Edit >> Mobile PIN & Fingerprint Lock. Select the desired setting and click Apply.
Please note: Fingerprint Lock is no longer available.
Always: PIN authentication will be automatically enabled for all users.
When acting for other users: PIN will only be enabled for users who proxy or "Act For" other users on the app. Users can follow the instructions in the articles below to enable the PIN feature on their individual mobile app.
