Each connection that is configured within Nexonia to import company credit card transactions is referred to as a "Transaction Source".
Applicable Transaction Sources that can trigger an email notification when an error occurs include: Finicity, Plaid, Yodlee, SFTP, FTP, and Intuit.
Please Note: OFX, manual, and PEX do not have the option to send an email when an error occurs.
Normally Transaction Sources import transactions automatically on a daily basis without issue. Occasionally errors are encountered. The errors may be related to connection problems, invalid access credentials, or an unexpected change in the format of the transaction data being received. In some cases the intervention of a Nexonia Administrator is required to resolve the errors.
Each Transaction Source can be configured to send an email notification when an error occurs.
- Navigate to Integration* > Integration Setup > scroll to "Corporate Cards" > "Edit" the the Transaction Source > Source type configuration
- Type one or more comma-separated email addresses in the "Send Errors To" field.
- Optionally enter one or more comma separated email addresses in the "Send Alerts for duplicate transactions to" field, to receive notifications when the transaction import detects and flags transactions as duplicate data.
Leave the fields blank if notifications are not required.
*May be labelled differently in your configuration
