In a standard Nexonia configuration, when Nexonia user is created, an Administrator can trigger an email notification to the user with their login information. See the "Send Password-Reset Notification to Users" article for details.
In most Intacct-integrated Nexonia environments, Nexonia users are created automatically from the integration synchronization process. If this method of user creation is used, users can be notified automatically that they have been granted access to Nexonia, without the Administrator needing to trigger the notification manually.
To enable automatic email notifications to new users, in Nexonia, click Intacct > Integration Setup > Edit Parameters > Users > "Notify new Users: YES" > OK.
Going forward users and vendors will be notified via email that they have access to Nexonia immediately after they sync over from Intacct. The email notification includes a link to the Nexonia login page, where users can create their password.
