The Configuration Synchronization is an integration process that reads setup dimensions (objects, lists, etc.) and relationships in NetSuite and updates the Nexonia configuration accordingly. The "Config Sync" does not involve the transfer of any data from system to system, and does not change any settings in either environment.
In most NetSuite-integrated Nexonia instances, the Config Sync is configured to run automatically each night. You can view or change the scheduling of the automated sync from within Nexonia at NetSuite* > Integration Setup > Configuration Data > Edit Schedule.
Regardless of the scheduling of the automated sync, a Nexonia administrator can initiate a sync at any time, from within Nexonia at NetSuite* > Configuration Sync > Synchronize Now.
Note that a Delta sync is run by default with your automatic scheduled sync. The Delta sync is an expedited sync which omits certain sets of data like task and project resourcing to make the syncing process run faster. To sync task and project resourcing, you can run a full sync by going to NetSuite* > Integration Setup > Run a Full Sync Now.
