Nexonia uses a set of Intacct login credentials to connect to Intacct. These may be an Administrator's own login credentials or credentials established for the dedicated purpose of integrating with Nexonia.
If the Intacct access credentials of that user change, they must also be updated in Nexonia to allow the integration to continue to run.
When the Nexonia integration processes run with invalid credentials, error messages like "Invalid Session" or "Sign-in information incorrect" will be returned.
In Nexonia, please navigate to Intacct* > Integration Setup > Edit Parameters, and ensure that the Company ID, User ID and User Password are correct and match the credentials entered on the Intacct login form.
Company ID = your Intacct company ID
Note: for those Intacct users using "slide-in credentials" on a console, you will need to enter the Company ID as your console ID, followed by a vertical bar (sometimes called a 'pipe', it's a computer keyboard key "|") and then the company ID. There should be no spaces on either side of the vertical bar. Sample: "MyConsoleID|CompanyID".
User ID = your Intacct user credential ID
User Password = your Intacct user password.
Click the OK button to save your settings here.
Once complete, you can initiate a configuration sync from Intacct > Configuration Sync > Synchronize Now.
A successful synchronization result indicates that the updated credentials are correct.
*May be labelled differently in your Nexonia instance
