NetSuite previously allowed Nexonia administrators to use a set of NetSuite login credentials to connect to NetSuite. These may have been an Administrator's own login credentials or credentials established for the dedicated purpose of integrating with Nexonia.
If those credentials changed and the Nexonia integration processes ran with invalid credentials, an error message such as "NetSuite Message: Data configuration sync for (Customer_Name): Invalid username/password" was returned in the configuration sync log (NetSuite* > Configuration Sync).
If you're encountering the above error message, note that NetSuite has removed the ability to use NetSuite login credentials to integrate with Nexonia. It is required to update the token-based authentication (TBA) method to integrate between the two systems.
NetSuite has deprecated it's Full Access role as well which was necessary previously to enable integrations between NetSuite and Nexonia. Users will instead have access to the Emburse Integration Role which gives them the necessary permissions for integrations. You can install the new Super Role in NetSuite by following the instructions in this article.
After installing the new Integration Role, you can update your authentication method to the token-based method by following the instructions in this article.
