To access Nexonia's reporting tool, select Reporting along the navigation bar.
You will now see a list of all reports available for you or just the reports you've selected as favorites.
From the list, select Actions next to the desired report.
Note: Based upon your role permissions you may see different options from the drop down menu (If you need to learn more about your role permissions, speak to your administrator).
Run: This option allows you to run the report. Clicking on it will open the Selection Parameters.
Old Run: This option allows you to run the report by making Selection Parameter choices based off an older Nexonia interface.
In the Selection Parameters screen, you may have the option of changing some values such as Date, People, Format, etc. Some selections are made from choosing from a drop down menu of choices, others may have an option below it's specific window to click on called Change. In these cases, you will see 2 columns.
The column on the left is the Available list. The values listed here are not currently incorporated in the final report, but are available if you would like to include.
The column on the right is the Selected list. The values listed here are turned on for the final report.
You can move values between the lists by highlighting your choice and clicking on the chevrons located in between the columns. Click Ok to save your settings.
Format: select the format of your report if enabled:
- PDF: report results will be presented as a downloadable PDF document.
- CSV: report results will be presented as a downloadable .CSV file.
- XML: report results will be presented as a downloadable .XML file.
File Name: if choosing the PDF, CSV or XML formats, you have the option to type the file name for the downloaded file. Please note, commas and symbols are not supported in the file name.
After you have made your selections, click Run. The report will be sent to the email of the user who runs the report. Note that it might take a moment for the email to generate depending on the amount of data included in the report. Make sure to check all email inboxes including spam/junk if the report email doesn't appear in your main inbox.
