Additional Features: Enforce One Card Statement Date Per Report

As an Administrator, log in to Nexonia on the web and navigate to:

Navigate to Settings > Company > Features

Click the Edit button to edit the features.

Enabling the Expenses feature Enforce One Card Statement Date Per Report will display the following additional features:

• Enforce only one report per card statement - forces users to have only one expense report per card statement date.
• Allow out of pocket expenses for all reports - allows mixing out of pocket expenses in an expense report, regardless of if credit card transactions are present.
• Policy Blocker: Prevent submit if unlinked transactions exist with the same statement date - prevents submission of an expense report if any outstanding transactions exist with the same statement date. 
• Policy Blocker: Prevent submit prior to the statement date - prevents submission of an expense report prior to the statement date 

Once you've enabled your settings, scroll to the bottom of the Features menu and click the Apply button.
